I've been on the other side of the desk.

For more than 20 years, I've worked within the contractor payroll and umbrella sector.

I've built relationships with recruitment agencies, managed accounts, advised and onboarded contractors, developed business functions, led sales and activity and worked on marketing.

I've experienced the industry from almost every angle.

That gives me something I believe is incredibly valuable when recruiting:

I understand what a BDM actually needs to be good at.

I understand the pressures payroll and compliance teams face.

I understand how important relationships are in this industry.

And I understand that the person who looks great on paper isn't necessarily the person who will succeed in the role.

With this in mind I wanted to create a recruitment business where industry knowledge wasn't something we claimed; it was something we could prove.
